The Job

We are currently looking for a Danish-speaking customer service representative for a large company specializing in online casinos. The office is located in Malta, and you will be part of a fantastic customer service team.

Your tasks will include:

✉️ Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat.

💪🏻 Ensuring that complex issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily for the customer.

⚙️ Providing technical support and guidance to customers.

💻 Daily monitoring of the website's availability and functionality, reporting any issues affecting customers or site performance to the Customer Service Manager.

🗣️ Assisting in promoting new products and offers to customers.

💳 Assisting in other areas within the casino as required.

Your qualifications

💭 Fluent in Danish and proficient in English.

💻 Excellent written communication skills.

🥇 Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and meeting internal goals.

👔 Preferred, but not required, experience in customer service or some form of digital work.

🎓 High school education.
