Job Description
If you’re fluent in German and want to work for the leading BPO worldwide, awarded as the best place to work 2022, this is your chance! You will use your skills as a content moderator, supporting our client's different areas of social media, in our offices in Porto (Matosinhos). You'll be an active part in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and actively participating in the service improvements provided to all users.

Your job will be great:
- From the beginning, you will take an active role in continuously seeking initiatives to enhance the service and improve the overall user experience;
- You will review, audit and moderate contents and copyright from the end customer;
- You'll take an active role in reviewing users’ behaviours as well as ensuring the rules of the Social Media areas;
- You'll analyse reports according to protocols, procedures, and instructions, maintaining a high level of quality in each report that you review;
- You will be a central point of moderation between social media and users, applying our guidelines with reference to nuanced and context-dependent policies in an evolving environment;
- You will make autonomous decisions against challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or business-critical nature.
Required profile:
- Fluent, verbal and written in German;
- English level (intermediate);
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment;
- Tolerance for sensitive content;
- Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently;
- Ability to multitask, possess critical reasoning skills, communicate effectively;
- Fast learner and diligent worker.
To become a part of our Team you need to be:
- Willing and able to work on rotative shifts (from 7am to 10pm) to help address client customer and business needs;
- Able to provide background clearance (certificate for highest level of education, references from previous employment and clean criminal record).
