Role as Customer Service Agent
As a Customer Service or Tech Support Representative, you'll be part of an enthusiastic team that handles customer issues with empathy and efficiency. Your fluency in Czech and English will be your superpower as you troubleshoot and resolve customer product issues via phone, email, and chat. You'll keep your cool under pressure, maintain professionalism, and always put the customer first.
