The Job
As you’ll be working for a very popular airline company, you’ll be in charge of resolving the daily questions of fellow travellers. Lost baggage? Changing flights? Someone is not very happy? As the customer support and travel advisor, you’ll take care of all of that confusion and help those who wander not to get lost.
Your Qualifications
💭 You speak and write Italian at a native level, plus you have a solid B2 English.
🎓 Experience in troubleshooting equipment such as DSL routers/gateways, wireless routers, access points, network adapters, multimedia networking products, VoIP products, print servers, and network storage (NAS) would be a benefit.
💪🏻 You love doing research, resolving problems, sorting out, and identifying correct information.
🥇 You are a people person, a communication champ, and a great listener; you preserve a calm state of mind even in stressful situations.
