📞 Providing great support to customers via phone and email on various issues
📚 Offering accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate procedures
🤝 Building short term relationships and answering customer questions in a friendly and professional way
📢 Following the direction of management and providing feedback.
💬 Native-level French and good English (B2)
🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory
💻 Basic understanding and computer handling skills
💪🏻 A desire to learn and advance, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
