The Job

š Providing great support to customers via phone and email on various issues
š Offering accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate procedures
š¤ Building short term relationships and answering customer questions in a friendly and professional way
š¢ Following the direction of management and providing feedback.
Your Qualifications
š¬ Native-level French and good English (B2)
š Experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory
š» Basic understanding and computer handling skills
šŖš» A desire to learn and advance, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
š„ Excellent communication skills, including phone conversation
