Entry / JuniorAs a customer support agent, you will be communicating with the company and assisting them with their inquiries.
key responsibility
- Responding to client account queries via Email, Telephone calls, and Chat politely and professionally.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Managing large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chats.
- Identifying and accessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Your background
- High Fluency in Danish or German or French or Swedish or Finnish and English
- Strong communications/public relations skills
- Ability to work shifts
- Long-term employee preferred, eager to stay with us for years
Basic salary of 1500 euro (No tax in Cyprus with less than 19500 euro per year)
Bonus performance up to 250 euro a month
Relocation package
Accomodation bonus 300 euro a month

2 return flights pr. year back home, up to 250 EUR pr. ticket.
