- You are proficient in Dutch

- You are proficient in English (B2)

- You have excellent communication skills, good presentation, and are empathetic

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers personalities

- Ability to work autonomously and independently.

- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction 

- Provide solutions for customers' inquiries 

- Using the correct methods, provide accurate, valid, and complete information.

- Meet customer service team targets and call-handling quotas

- Perform other tasks related to the position according to the needs of the project
