Customer Service Specialist - Swedish Speaker

Our Customer Service department is actively seeking a talented and dedicated customer service specialist fluent in Swedish and English to join our dynamic team in Malta. As a customer service specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering superior professional service and support to our valued customers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide superior professional customer service;
  • Identify customer needs such as sales opportunities, use of self-service tools or upsell opportunities;
  • Inform and encourage customers to use self-service channels for faster and more efficient service;
  • Build a rapport with the customers whilst addressing any issues.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent in Swedish and English oral and written Additional languages will be considered a benefit;
  • Team player with a customer-oriented approach;
  • Previous working experience in a similar environment is a plus;
  • Computer skills;
  • Ability to resolve customer issues or queries in the first resolution contact.
