The job
As an IT Support, you will:
- Be assigned to work with one of the major clients - for example a famous car manufacturer, an energy supplier, a cosmetics company, a smartphone producer, or a large IT corporation.
- Be responsible for remote resolution of technical and administrative issues, including accounts, systems, applications, laptops, PCs, related equipment, and networks of client employees in a specific country.
- Coordinate and actively participate in communication with the client and professional technicians (level 2 support) via phone, emails, chats, and ticketing tools (ServiceNow).
Your qualifications
- You speak and write French at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
- Experience in the travel industry or customer support is a plus, but NOT a must.
- You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. A daily user of Windows, Android or iOS, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Ability to handle phone calls, respond to emails, and skillfully guide the client.
- You have good communication skills; you are punctual and reliable; highly skilled to handle incoming inquiries successfully and give a useful guidance to the client.
