Working in customer and IT support means that you are the first point of contact between users/customers and Microsoft. You'll represent Microsoft and provide technical and supportive assistance regarding products and purchases as well as troubleshooting errors. You will receive the necessary training before you start handling customers.
Your daily work will include:
☎️ Provide support to customers via phone and email
📢 Give accurate information by using the proper procedures from training
🤝 Handle customer questions in a professional and friendly way
📋 Follow management direction and provide feedback
💬 You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (B2)
🎓 Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must
💻 You have a basic understanding of computer handling skills
💪🏻 You're eager to learn and you’re great at resolving problems
🥇 Great communication and listening skills and you can easily create a good atmosphere over phone
