The Job

As a Junior Tech Support, your daily tasks will include:

šŸ“ž Handle customer calls, emails, and chats, providing top-notch technical support.

šŸ“§ Use Salesforce to log calls and respond to emails.

šŸ•µļø Use provided research platforms to gather information and solve tech issues.

šŸš€ Make escalations following the companyā€™s procedures.

šŸ˜Š Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

šŸ“š Participate in training sessions.

šŸ‘„ Collaborate with higher-level support teams and report known issues.

Your Qualifications

šŸ’¬ You speak Italian fluently and English at a B2 level

šŸŽ“ Itā€™s a plus if you have experience in troubleshooting equipment like DSL routers, wireless routers, access points, network adapters and VoIP products

šŸ’» You have great computer handling skills.

šŸ’ŖšŸ» You're problem-solving and good at finding the right information.

šŸ„‡ Your communication and negotiation skills are good, and you are very professional and thorough.
