As a Junior Tech Support, your daily tasks will include:
📞 Handle customer calls, emails, and chats, providing top-notch technical support.
📧 Use Salesforce to log calls and respond to emails.
🕵️ Use provided research platforms to gather information and solve tech issues.
🚀 Make escalations following the company’s procedures.
😊 Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
📚 Participate in training sessions.
👥 Collaborate with higher-level support teams and report known issues.
💬 You speak Italian fluently and English at a B2 level
🎓 It’s a plus if you have experience in troubleshooting equipment like DSL routers, wireless routers, access points, network adapters and VoIP products
💻 You have great computer handling skills.
💪🏻 You're problem-solving and good at finding the right information.
🥇 Your communication and negotiation skills are good, and you are very professional and thorough.
