The Job
Your job in customer support for Zalando means that every day is different, with various tasks and customer interactions. You'll be the problem solver and first point of contact between customers and Zalando. Your tasks will include:

š Provide great support to customers via phone and email on a range of issues.
š” Give accurate information using proper procedures from training sessions
š Answer customer questions in a professional and friendly way
š Creating amazing customer experiences
Your Qualifications
š You speak and write Danish, Norwegian and/or Swedish at a native level and you speak English (B2)
š Experience in customer support is a plus but not required.
š» You have a basic skills of working with computers
šŖš» You are eager to learn and a problem solve
š„ You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and detail-oriented.
