Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through communication channels (phone and email) A chat system as well in the near future.
Making hotel reservations, cancellation or changes of a previous booking. Help in issues with their account, fidelity cards,offers etc

Fast paste - multi tasking environment
Not experience - motivation and soft skills, good communcation skills
FLUENT in english and French OR Italian OR Portuguese.

Good expressing and communication skills

Basic gross salary 535000 HUF a month (x 14 salary a month)

Working after 6pm - 35% on top of their salary/hour work
Working on Sundays - 50% on top of their salary/hour work
Working on Hungarian public holiday - double hourly salary

We actually just increased our Szep card amount from 300k HUF to 360k HUF/year, out of which 180k HUF will be received on January 1st and 180k HUF on July 1st.

First three months from the office (weekly basis), in order to get familiar with the team, the environment etc. After the third month, they work from office 1 week out of 8. 30 days per year possible to work remotely outside Hungary
