We're partnering with a leading BPO company known for delivering excellent customer and business process services across global markets. We are now looking for a Backoffice Specialist fluent in Spanish, Greek, or Italian, with strong English skills, to join their growing team.

💼 What You'll Do:

• Execute backoffice operations with precision and speed to ensure daily tasks run smoothly

• Support sales processes: prepare quotes, verify documents, and help with client communication

• Maintain professional email communication with internal teams and external partners

• Track KPIs, participate in team improvement efforts, and flag any irregularities

• Assist with data analysis and reporting for finance and sales teams

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient service delivery

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Spanish, Greek, or Italian, along with good English (written & spoken)

• Background or education in sales support, finance, or administration is a big plus

• Comfort working with KPIs, targets, and performance dashboards

• Excellent written communication, with a strong grasp of tone and professionalism

• Analytical mindset and experience with CRM or data systems

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
