We’re partnering with a global BPO leader dedicated to enhancing customer service and streamlining operations for world-renowned brands. Together, we’re looking for a Reservation Services Coordinator with Swedish to join their remote support team.

🌍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat

• Help travelers book flights, hotels, car rentals, and more

• Offer personalized recommendations and solutions with empathy and professionalism

• Accurately log customer interactions and follow-ups in the system

• Keep up to date with travel services, products, and company guidelines

• Collaborate with your team to ensure a smooth and consistent client experience

• Strive to meet and exceed quality and customer satisfaction goals

✅ What You Bring to the Role:

• Fluent Swedish and English (spoken and written)

• Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but not required

• A genuine interest in travel and helping others plan stress-free journeys

• Organized multitasker with a solution-focused mindset

• Comfortable working with digital tools and booking platforms

• Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to a remote work environment

• Availability to work standard weekday hours
