💡 What You'll Do:

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions (online, classroom, 1-on-1)

• Create and update training materials to match evolving needs

• Coach and support new team members from day one

• Track progress and ensure learning goals are met

✅ What You Bring:

• 6–12 months of experience in training or teaching

• Strong communication and coaching abilities

• A creative approach to making complex topics easy to understand

• Previous call center experience (a plus)
