Your Role in Our Mission:
- In this unique role, you will be responsible for retaining customers with the highest churn risk and directly contribute to revenue
- Effectively identify customer’s problems and issues to maximise the possibility for retaining a customer
- Negotiate with customers and balance GoStudents’ revenue target and the costs of retaining the customer
- Support your existing and new colleagues by helping to onboard and train them, as well as always exhibit GoStudent’s culture and values
- Establish effective working relationships to ensure excellent information flow and feedback on process, policy and product changes that will affect our team and customers
- Achieve quarterly goals related to retention, conversion rate of “at risk” customers, as well as proactively forecast risks in achieving your goals and develop mitigation plans to minimise them
What will you bring:

Very good Polish skills (C1/C2) – You communicate confidently with Polish-speaking parents and can get them excited about our offer.

Customer focus & empathy – You have a strong sense of customer needs and always find the right solution.

Strong communication skills – You are persuasive, listen actively, find solutions, and build long-term relationships.

Experience in customer support or account management (advantageous) – You have previous experience dealing with customers and know how to engage them in the long run.

Experience with CRM systems (advantageous) – If you have worked with CRM tools before, you are well-prepared.
