Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

👉🏻Handle product support needs and troubleshooting issues
👉🏻Offer timely, clear and easy-to-follow solutions

Requirements:
🗣️Fluency in German and good English skills (B2/C1 level)
🌟Impressive communication and interpersonal skills
⏱️Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
🤝Team-player attitude and eagerness to learn and improve
🚀Determined, responsible and excited to work on 24/7 shifts
