In the role of HR Officer, you will work together with the HR manager on all HR processes, starting from recruitment, onboarding to payroll, performance management, administration and eventually offboarding. The role requires high accuracy in administrative details and being able to overlook the different processes. Next to working on administrative tasks, you will be working with employees from all layers within the organisation. An emphatic attitude and openminded personality will be a plus in building interpersonal work relations. Our client is not looking for candidates eager to change existing policies and work on HR strategies but for hands-on candidates that are eager to work on all different aspects of the HR processes.

Main Tasks

  • International recruitment of all level positions
  • Onboarding and offboarding from employees
  • Payroll administration for 10 countries within Europe
  • Case management in reintegration processes
  • HR Administration such as setting up contracts, monthly reports, travel allowance overviews and other administrative tasks.
  • Other duties as required in the HR department

Requirements

  • Education on HBO + level, preferably in the field of Human Resources
  • Education or experience in Dutch and preferably Foreign (labor) laws.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a general HR role (including recruitment).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Preferred experience with AFAS personnel information system.
  • Ability to operate self-directed and proactive on given tasks.
  • Ability to work with strict procedures and policies.
  • High level of accuracy and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office).
