A leading German international client is looking for an German speaking Office Manager / Personal Assistant for their small London office. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office as well as PA support duties to the General Manager. In this hybrid role as an Office Manager / Personal Assistant, you will be able to work from home two days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management, travel arrangements and event coordination
  • Liaising with suppliers/contractors and billing clients
  • Invoicing monthly expenses and liaising with finance departments
  • General administration and office management

About you:

The ideal candidate will responsible and well-presented with previous experience dealing with high-profile clients and working in a Personal Assistant role in a corporate environment. Finance sector preferable but not mandatory. Due to working in a smaller size team, you will be self-motivated, organised and able to multitask to fulfil the day to day responsibilities

Profile:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both German and English.
  • Previous experience in administration as an Office Manager, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Team Secretary or Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of client relationship management.
  • Able to work independently within a small team.
