LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is seeking Portuguese speakers for one of their prestigious clients in central London.
Duties of the Portuguese Speaking Receptionist /Data Entry:
- Receiving visitors and dealing with queries face to face
- Answering queries by phone and email
- Data entry
- Archiving
- General administration
Requirements the Portuguese Speaking Receptionist /Data Entry:
- Fluent to native level Portuguese with good business English
- Able to deal with busy reception area from time to time.
- Good typing/keyboard skills and MS Office skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a friendly team.
- Should be hands on and flexible to carry out various daily tasks in scanning documents, archiving, data input and general administration.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Available immediately
