The Job
As a Collections Specialist, your daily tasks will include the following:
āļø Making phone calls and sending emails to customers with overdue payments
š£ļø Negotiating with and motivating customers to settle their debts
šµļø Interviewing customers to understand reasons for payment delays
š Constantly monitoring payment agreements and keeping them up to date
š Finding and updating debtor data (skip tracing)
š» Recording collection activities in computer programs
š Handling other tasks assigned by your line manager

Your Qualifications
š¬ You speak German at a native level, and English at a B2 level.
š Experience in Collection is a plus, but a background in customer service is also welcome
š» You have a basic level of computer literacy and can handle various software tools.
šŖš» Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse customers. You're confident, driven, and results-oriented.
š„ You are compassionate and into problem-solving, troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and you have strong negotiation skills.
