Come and work for the insurance side of this prestigious company. You will be handling claims and take on responsibility for ensuring that claims progress in an orderly and efficient manner. Advising and supporting claims handlers in the daily handling of claims and providing ongoing training to them will also be part of your job. Furthermore, you will work directly with the compliance team to review, handle, and respond to claims whilst also collaborating with external stakeholders such as medical experts. So if you are able to think creatively to both anticipate and solve problems, this job position could be for you.
You speak and write fluent French and English (any other European language is considered a plus), since you are expected to have the ability to work in a team and have excellent interpersonal skills including strong negotiation and communication skills.
Working experience in a similar role (insurance industry) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
You are proactive in taking decisions and initiative in the claims handling process.
