Our client, a global leader in apparel and accessories, is seeking a temporary Junior Credit Controller to support their team in Hoofddorp for 3 months. The main focus of this role will be on credit collection with existing customers who have outstanding invoices.

Responsibilities/Tasks

• Manage and follow up on overdue invoices within your assigned customer portfolio.
• Contact customers via phone and email to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of communication and payment status in the system.
• Escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with the finance and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
• ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Fluent in English and French, Dutch, or Italian (spoken & written).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
