Your Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining your own portfolio of clients.
- Negotiating solutions that work for both the customer and the company.
- Helping with the pre-legal debt collection and formal legal proceedings.
- Analysing clients' financial situations and developing strategies to support them effectively.

With experience in debt collection or credit control, you will bring a "customer-first" mindset and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Profile:
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Completed commercial/legal education or a degree in business administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing debt collection role, either at a collection agency and/or a law firm.
- In-depth knowledge of out-of-court and court-ordered collection processes, with initial experience in enforcement and insolvency law.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to empathise and build trust.
- A team-player mentality with a proactive, curious mindset.
