A leading tax, accountancy, and business advisory firm is seeking a German speaking Financial Administrator. You will be part of a large team of Financial Administrators and using your German language skills, you are responsible for client interaction, preparing invoices and processing financial accounts administration for large clients based in Germany. Within this role you have flexible working hours, great career prospects and excellent training is given and the company offers paid CIMA, AAT or ACCA qualifications.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage clients' administrative matters, including coding and posting invoices and expense claims, coordinating information collation, responding to queries, preparing payment runs, maintaining supplier details, and managing receivables ledgers.
- Assist Management Accountants with collation and posting of accounting records, timely filing of financial information, and resolving review points.
- Monitor purchase and sales ledgers, addressing issues proactively.

Profile:
- Fluent or business proficiency in German.
- Experience working within a finance team.
- Accountancy qualification such as AAT ACA ACCA or CIMA or working towards one is desirable but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workflow and work as part of a team.
