Part of your daily activities will be:
To build and maintain relationships with customers via phone.
To actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients.
To maximize sales activity.
To assist clients with queries regarding registration.
To achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Conversion Manager
Work mainly on the phone
Handle different challenges and situations
Work resultdriven in a performing team
Strong communication skills is required as you work verbally with customers every day
Candidate Profile
Native Level Norwegian and fluent English skills
Good computer and tech skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information
Experience in customer service or/and sales (potentially a similar role)
