This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing travel agency team in Antwerp, representing a prestigious international brand while enjoying the energy of a close-knit local office.
As Travel Agency Manager, you will be leading 4 Agents and act as a key ambassador for the brand, driving commercial performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with people management experience in the travel and tourism industry, who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate the team in line with global strategy, setting clear performance goals and fostering a cohesive, positive work culture.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints, professionally managing escalations and using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Drive sales and commercial growth by supporting omnichannel performance.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient agency management.
Your Profile
- Fluent to business standards in Dutch and English, and good command of French
- Proven people leadership experience in the travel or tourism industry
- Strong sales and client relationship skills
- Proficient in digital tools and data-driven performance tracking
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
Remuneration and benefits:
- €45-50K basic salary (paid over 13.92 months, with 0.92 representing holiday pay).
