Your Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats in Danish and English
• Provide clear, effective customer support by resolving issues, answering questions, and assisting with sales
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with a diverse, international team to ensure top-quality service
• Participate in paid training to prepare you for your role

Candidate Profile

• Native or fluent Danish speaker with strong English skills (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain solutions clearly and build customer trust
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to handle different situations
• Availability to work shift patterns as required
