Your Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats in Danish and English
- Provide clear, effective customer support by resolving issues, answering questions, and assisting with sales
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with a diverse, international team to ensure top-quality service
- Participate in paid training to prepare you for your role
Candidate Profile
- Native or fluent Danish speaker with strong English skills (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain solutions clearly and build customer trust
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to handle different situations
- Availability to work shift patterns as required
