What you will do in this role

As an Accounting Specialist on our team, you will: 

- Work with the accounting team and finance partners to analyze and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports/statements. 
- Analyze income statement accounts and reconciles balance sheet accounts monthly. 
- Review general ledger accounts, identifies issues, and makes recommendations. 
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly schedules for management personnel, external auditors, and SEC reporting. 
- Monitor functioning of SAGE, Workday, and other related systems and liaises with applications support staff as appropriate.

Concentrix is a great match if you: 

- Are native or proficient in Spanish and English
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university
- Have one to three years related experience (preferred)
- Have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Suite
- Have Knowledge of SAGE X3 is (preferred)
- Have Knowledge of the company´s business, customers, and vendors
- Have Knowledge and application of generally accepted accounting principles
Have strong customer service-orientation, demonstrated in previous relevant roles
- Have ability to manage relationships with employees and staff within the organization
- Can demonstrate analytical skills to review financial data and produce reports and statements that meet company standards
