š¼ What You'll Be Doing:
Customer Service / Tech Support:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshooting basic technical issues or guiding users through solutions
Ensuring a positive customer experience and timely resolutions
Escalating complex cases when needed
Content Moderation:
Reviewing user-generated content to ensure it meets platform guidelines
Flagging or removing inappropriate or harmful content
Maintaining a safe and respectful online environment
Reporting trends and providing feedback to improve platform safety

š What We Offer:
Full time employment: 8h per day, 40h per week
Relocation package: paid flight to Greece + hotel accommodation for the first weeks

šÆ Who We're Looking For:
Good communication skills inĀ EnglishĀ and one or moreĀ European languagesĀ such asĀ German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, , Norwegian, Sweddish, Danish, Icelandic or Hebrew.
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Team players with a proactive attitude
Previous experience in customer support, tech, or moderation is a plusābut not required
