What you will do in this role
As a Technology Pre-Sales Expert on our team, you will:
- Define best suited solutions based on prospect and client context
- Produce sales value propositions to support formal tenders
- Tailor solutions demonstrations
- Commit to structured and efficient technology implementation
- Define and enforce sales model for innovation deployments
- Help designing relevant financial models for the solution
- Communicate innovation successes within EMEA
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are proficient or bilingual in English and Spanish
- Bring 3+ years of experience in sales support within the technology sector
- Have strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of IT fundamentals and current market solutions
- Can deliver customized product demonstrations that align with client needs
- Possess a solid background in BPO operations and a 360° view of business challenges
- Are energetic, dynamic, and naturally collaborative in supporting the sales process and driving new business
- Are passionate about the commercial opportunities at the intersection of BPO and technology
- Excel in presenting complex technical concepts in a clear, sales-oriented manner
- Use persuasive, well-structured arguments to influence both internal stakeholders and clients
- Maintain a strong customer focus, consistently delivering dependable, high-quality work
- Communicate complex solutions clearly to both business and technical audiences
- Demonstrate relational intelligence by building long-term relationships and understanding client motivations
- Can integrate third-party solutions to meet specific client needs
