Your Role as a Customer Support Analyst:

As part of our Fintech team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and successful customer experiences. Your main tasks will include:

• Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat

• Solving issues related to money transfer transactions or forwarding cases to relevant departments

• Providing accurate information and timely responses to inquiries

• Identifying customer needs and delivering exceptional service

No previous experience in a similar role is required! If you are fluent in Norwegian and have a good command of English (B2-C1), we’ll give you all the tools you need to succeed.
