What you will do in this role

As a Sales Support Specialist on our team, you will:
- Work in collaboration with the Sales Representatives in the targeted markets
- Develop a business relationship via phone with customers and partners by being a trusted advisor
- Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures
- Support Representatives in their use of HPE back-office tools and processes
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual sales goals and other Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’)
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance

- Are proficient or bilingual in Italian and advanced in English
- Have high school diploma with six months of sales experience preferred
- Have ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
- Have business mindset, along with commercial attitude and awareness, will help you engage better with your contacts
- Are skilled in multi-tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
- Have good computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge to allow working independently from home/office
- Are punctual, loyal, reliable
- Have the ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
