Kariera.Group Recruitment Services is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a major player in the luxury travel industry, for the role of Customer Advisor to support French-speaking customers.

Just a heads-up: we can only consider candidates who are already based in Athens.

A bit about the job:

You’ll be supporting French-speaking customers who need help booking, changing, or saving their next escape. Sometimes it’s a quick question, sometimes it’s a travel drama, either way, you’ll be the one making it all go smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Answering incoming calls, emails, and chat messages
• Listening carefully and figuring out what each customer needs
• Giving clear, friendly, and helpful info
• Logging everything properly in the system
• Staying on top of your daily goals without losing that human touch

Working hours:

Low season: Monday to Sunday – 10:00 to 22:00

High season (June–August): Monday to Sunday – 07:00 to 01:00
(Late shifts until 01:00 are done from home)

8H per day, 40h per week.

What we’re looking for:

• You speak French at C1+ level and your English is solid B2 or above
• You’re comfortable talking to people and finding solutions
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience is great, but not essential
• Most importantly, you’re already living in Athens
