Kariera.Group Recruitment Services is on the hunt for energetic problem-solvers to keep Greece powered—literally! ⚡ We’re recruiting on behalf of the biggest electricity provider in the country, and we need YOU to help customers with their questions, and the occasional "Why is my bill so high?!" meltdown. If you’ve got a cool head, a friendly voice, and a talent for explaining things, let’s talk!
Key Responsibilities:

Take inbound calls from customers about electricity services, billing, and payments

Help customers with power supply issues (no, we can’t fix their Wi-Fi, but we’ll try!)

Provide info about tariffs, contracts, and energy consumption

Diffuse customer frustration and turn their frown into a ⚡️

Escalate technical issues to the right team when needed

Keep accurate records because details matter!
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm is a must!

Fluent in Greek (English is a bonus)

Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts

A problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude

Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity

A friendly, patient, and customer-focused personality
