Your Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts

Perform technical troubleshooting with customers

Escalate complex issues to higher departments when necessary

Assist customers with orders, payment inquiries, returns, and tracking

Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and show empathy

Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution

Upsell and cross-sell when relevant
The Ideal Profile

Native-level Dutch (C2) & fluent English (C1)

Previous experience in customer support

EU Passport

A positive, can-do attitude

Willingness to relocate to Greece and work remotely
