Your Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts

• Perform technical troubleshooting with customers

• Escalate complex issues to higher departments when necessary

• Assist customers with orders, payment inquiries, returns, and tracking

• Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and show empathy

• Track and follow cases to ensure timely resolution

• Upsell and cross-sell when relevant

The Ideal Profile

• Native-level Dutch (C2) & fluent English (C1)

• Previous experience in customer support

• EU Passport

• A positive, can-do attitude

• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work remotely
