For one of our clients – a global leader in customer experience technology that provides outsourced sales, support, and business process services, we’re on the lookout for a Trainer and Quality Analyst with French and English to join their team in Porto, Portugal! 🏖️✨

🎯 Your Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assess training needs by identifying employee strengths and areas for improvement 🏆
✅ Design and implement engaging training programs to support career growth 📚
✅ Develop yearly training schedules and innovative instructional plans 📅
✅ Oversee the creation of learning materials, guides, and manuals 📝
✅ Lead interactive training sessions and ensure high-quality outcomes 🎤
✅ Conduct onboarding sessions to welcome and prepare new employees 🎉
✅ Monitor and evaluate customer service representatives’ performance via call reviews 📞👂

🔹 Fluent in French (native level) & intermediate English proficiency 🌍
🔹 Strong organizational and time-management skills ⏳
🔹 Ability to make fair decisions and solve problems effectively 🤝
🔹 Skilled in coaching and guiding employees towards success 🚀
🔹 Experience in training & quality analysis within a BPO environment 💼
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 💻
🔹 Willingness to work on-site in Porto and travel to France for initial training ✈️
