🎯 Shuffler Team Lead with English (Day & Night Shifts) 🎯
🔥 Your Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead, mentor, and coach team members, helping them grow both personally & professionally.
✅ Provide regular feedback, set goals, and guide performance improvements.
✅ Foster teamwork & clear communication through meetings and updates.
✅ Implement effective training & development strategies aligned with company goals.
✅ Oversee team operations, attendance, and conflict resolution fairly & efficiently.
✅ Identify learning needs and collaborate with the training department on development programs.
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Fluency in English – strong communication skills! 🌍
🔹 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience – a track record of managing & motivating teams.
🔹 Experience in iGaming or Live Casino is a plus! 🎰
🔹 Strong leadership & problem-solving skills to keep operations running smoothly.
🔹 Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 environment.
