Your Role

• Translate technical documents and communications from Swedish to English with precision.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients in ISV and Hi-Tech sectors.
• Communicate with Swedish-speaking clients to understand and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support requests and resolutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance support quality.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base development.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Swedish speaker with strong English communication skills, spoken and written.
• 1-4 years of experience in translation and language QA.
• Domain expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech industries.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ticketing systems and technical support documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, on-site work model with day shifts.
