🔧 Your Responsibilities:

✔ Handle inbound customer calls in German, ensuring top-tier service for hotel guests.
✔ Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and inquiries.
✔ Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
✔ Provide detailed information about hotels, resorts, and vacation properties.
✔ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
✔ Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

👨‍💼 What We Expect from You:

🔹 Fluent in German and English (both written & spoken) with excellent communication skills.
🔹 Previous experience in customer support or hospitality is a plus!
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns.
🔹 Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
🔹 Attention to detail and organizational skills.
🔹 A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service!

📅 Full-time position (39h/week) with shifts between 09:00 – 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
