💰 Salary: 2100 - 2600 EUR Gross

✨ What You’ll Do:

📞 Communicate with customers via calls, messages & chats (including urgent cases)
🏡 Investigate & resolve claims related to property protection & liability
🔍 Assess financial claims, fraud investigations & dispute resolutions
💡 Provide feedback on policy improvements & risk assessments
📊 Maintain accurate records and ensure data security

✅ What We’re Looking For:

🔹 1-3 years of experience in insurance claims, fraud investigations, or dispute resolution
🔹 Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
🔹 Excellent communication & empathy for handling complex cases
🔹 Tech-savvy & adaptable to new digital platforms
