Kariera.Group Recruitment Services is recruiting on behalf of a well-known contact center in Athens, Greece, where you’ll provide top-notch support to customers using digital services and apps. 📱💻

Position Overview: 

As a CS & TS representative, you will be providing both customer service and technical support to ensure the best experience for customers. You’ll assist customers with tasks such as:

• Helping with account settings
• Assisting with downloading and installing apps
• Handling refund requests
• Supporting with payment account setup
• Troubleshooting technical issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support via inbound calls, chats, and emails
• Help with apps, transactions, subscriptions, payments, and more
• Ensure customers are assisted in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

• Polish native speaker 
• Fluent English 
• Familiarity with Internet applications and MS Office
• No prior experience required, but customer service experience is a plus
• Multitasking skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently

Working Hours:

• Monday to Sunday, from 08:00 to 22:00, rotating shifts (8 hours per day, 5 days per week)
• Full-time, on-site in Athens, Greece
