💻 Location: Greece
🕒 Schedule: Full-time, 8hrs per day in rotating shifts, 5 days per week (Monday to Sunday, 00:00-23:00)

🚀 What you’ll do:

📞 Assist premium customers via phone & email with inquiries related to their vehicles.
🔧 Provide technical support for the brand’s mobile app & digital services, including account setup and troubleshooting.
🛠️ Guide customers through vehicle features, service packages, and maintenance bookings.
🚑 Offer roadside assistance, ensuring drivers receive the right help in case of a breakdown.
📍 Advise on dealership locations, service history, warranties, and documentation.
