Our Bilingual (French-English) Financial Services Advisors are dedicated to providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring that every interaction is both helpful and memorable. You will handle inquiries related to banking products and services through inbound calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with professionalism and a deep understanding of financial products.

We’re looking for people with drive and ambition—those who want to build a career, not just find a job. Punctuality, performance, and a positive attitude will set you up for success in this role.

What Sets You Apart:

• French/English Bilingual is a must
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
• Call center experience (strong asset)
• Effective communication skills
• Passion for finance and a genuine desire to help customers manage their financial needs.
