🏆 Your Role as a Player Support Specialist:
As part of the Player Support team, you will be the first point of contact for players, ensuring they receive quick, friendly, and accurate support via live chat and email. Your role is key to enhancing the player experience and maintaining the company’s strong reputation.
✨ What You’ll Do:
✅ Assist players via live chat and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently;
✅ Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotional campaigns;
✅ Deliver friendly and professional responses aligned with brand standards;
✅ Inform players about promotions, regulations, and compliance updates;
✅ Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience;
✅ Contribute to process optimization and business growth.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Fluency in Romanian, French, or German, plus good English skills;
🔹 No previous experience required (but customer support, gaming, or payment processing experience is a plus);
🔹 Tech-savvy with a good understanding of communication tools and office software;
🔹 Ability to multitask, think critically, and make quick decisions;
🔹 Availability to work in shifts, including occasional night shifts;
🔹 Detail-oriented, motivated, and customer-focused.
