As a Medical Equipment Service Specialist, you’ll assist customers with technical support and troubleshootingrelated to medical devices. Your expertise will help ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction!

✨ What You’ll Do:

✅ Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding medical devices & services;
✅ Provide technical support & troubleshooting for medical equipment issues;
✅ Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary;
✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system;
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution;
✅ Deliver exceptional customer support tailored to the Polish market.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills;
🔹 Previous experience in customer support or call centers is a plus;
🔹 Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities;
🔹 Ability to handle technical inquiries and provide clear guidance;
🔹 Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare technology is an advantage;
🔹 Proficiency in customer support systems and Microsoft Office tools.
