As a Customer Care Expert, you'll be the go-to person for customers needing guidance and support. Your mission? Deliver outstanding service while ensuring customers get the most out of their device!

What You’ll Do:

Assist customers with device-related inquiries and provide clear solutions;
Communicate across multiple channels (chat, email, phone) to resolve issues;
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, ensuring a smooth user experience;
Keep accurate records of interactions and follow up on unresolved cases;
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns efficiently;
Stay up to date with product updates and features to provide expert assistance.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Fluent Azerbaijani speaker with excellent English skills;
🔹 Previous experience in customer support or tech assistance is a plus;
🔹 Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach;
🔹 Ability to work remotely and adapt to flexible early/day shifts;
🔹 Tech-savvy or eager to learn about personal devices and troubleshooting;
🔹 Organized team player with a proactive attitude toward customer satisfaction.
