Your Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing clients via telephone, email, and chat.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Support clients with product adoption to improve their experience.

• Provide both pre- and post-sales support.

• Become an expert in advertising on the company platform.

• Manage a portfolio with full responsibility for growing revenue.

• Offer ongoing customer service and product guidance.

Your Profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English (B2–C1).

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in online sales and/or digital marketing.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with voicemail and email systems.

• Proactive mindset for identifying opportunities and solving problems.

• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

• Professionalism and drive for excellence.

What’s in It for You

• Salary Options:

  • With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1,040 gross/month.

  • Without accommodation: €1,240 gross/month.

• Training Period Compensation (15 days): 50% of hourly wage (lower taxes).
