Your Responsibilities:
As a B2B Sales Advisor for Microsoft, your tasks will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email, with a mix of inbound and outbound contacts

  • Supporting small and medium sized companies from sectors such as healthcare, administration, education and more

  • Providing product information and recommending solutions that align with client needs

  • Processing orders and completing sales over the phone

  • Managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records

  • Following up with existing clients to offer updates and optimization opportunities

Your Profile:

  • Native level of German and good command of English

  • Sales mindset and customer focused approach

  • Clear communication skills and ability to negotiate

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational habits

  • Interest in technology and Microsoft products

  • Motivation to grow in an international environment

  • Team spirit and readiness to work with colleagues from many backgrounds

What’s Offered:

  • Fixed term contract of 12 months with yearly renewal

  • Full time position, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM

  • Monthly salary package depending on experience:

    • With accommodation provided in a shared flat: 1300 to 1400 euros gross

    • Without accommodation: 1700 to 1800 euros gross

  • Meal vouchers of 7.23 euros per working day

  • Performance bonus of up to 200 euros per month

  • Reimbursement of part of transportation costs

  • Private health and dental insurance from day one

Relocation Support (for international candidates):

  • Reimbursement of flight expenses after nine months

  • Airport pick up upon arrival

  • One year of company arranged accommodation in a shared flat (rental contribution required)

  • Assistance with opening a bank account and settling in
